	The below mage builds offer input on how to build a pretty balanced mage at various stages of progression at low levels. Know that the amount "based on level" scales over time, you don't keep things at that forever, which is why multiple levels of build have been offered below. There are more "optimal" builds, and even more optimal "balance" builds, these are by no means meant to be perfect spawners and you should not use them as such.
