1st Skeleton Ruins also known as Skellie I is located in Cameron at (132,162) and is the quest area for Find the Magic Item.
You will need Skel-Key-3 to progress all the way though.
The Clan Jewels Spawner can be found by walking through an invisible wall marked green on the map.
