The 5th Skeleton Ruins also known as Skellie V is located at (116,148) and is the quest area for Kill the Foul Magician.
This location contains several pieces of newbie Gear. To gain entrance, you have to stand between two torches on the wall in Gwendylon's Tower in Cameron.
