Story
Seymour is offering the player rank in the Imperial Army in exchange for some quests. He wants the player to investigate someone called Loisan who had lived in Cameron. He's aware of the problem Cameron has been having but is also concerned about the problems Aston has been having with Zombies since Loisan moved there.
He first wants the player to search Loisan's house in Cameron. He has heard that Loisan was working on strange human skulls and wants the player to acquire one for him.
Walkthrough
Quest Objectives
To complete this quest, the player must:
- Acquire a Skull from a Zombie and return it to Seymour.
Quest Walkthrough
Loisan's house in Cameron is right next to Papa Bear's Tavern. You need to complete the Knightly Troubles quest and receive a key from Logain to gain access to his house. Alternatively you can enter Zombies from Aston in the first accessible building to the left past Seymour.
Once inside the Zombies area you need to kill Zombies until one of them drops a Skull. They drop them randomly although the stronger the Zombie the higher chance it has of dropping one. Once you have acquired a Skull, return to Seymour and give it to him.
Notes
- You can also get the quest items from The Silver Skull and Find Loisan and give them to Seymour all at the same time.
- Completing this quest is the official way to join the military.
