"Only skeletons killed by you will count." I've used this as this is what the previously accepted requirement was but looking at the code it looks like it only matters who kills the final skeleton. And then any other players merely need to quickly kill the first respawns and thus kill the final skeleton again to complete the quest. Will have to test at some point.
