The Orb Spawners are located in top left of Aston at (61,217). There is an orb for every stat and each orb spawner can be used once every 30 days per toon and will create a random type of orb. Use the command /orbs to see how much time is left before you can collect an orb again.
Every 10 levels there is a new set of orb spawners you can collect.
