Story
When you speak with Ramin, he explains that Rammy is struggling to open the fortress for trade. The issue lies with the fortress guards, who have been attacking everyone on sight, not out of hostility, but because they’ve been trained that way.
Rammy wants to resolve this problem peacefully and asks you to deliver a letter to the Captain, requesting assistance in finding a solution.

Quest Objectives
- Give the Captain the letter from Rammy,
- Go to the Judge to receive three agreements,
- Give Ramin, the Captain and Count Brannington an agreement,
- Return to Rammy for reward.
Walkthrough
After accepting the quest, Rammy will give you a key that unlocks the fortress door. Head south from Rammy’s location to reach the fortress. Once inside, make your way south-west until you find the Captain.
Give him Rammy’s letter. The Captain will then ask you to visit the Judge to request official authorization.
Leave the fortress and head north-east. The Judge can be found in the building with an executioner’s block outside. He’ll give you three formal agreements, one each for Ramin, the Captain, and Count Brannington, as well as an entrance pass. This pass ensures that fortress guards no longer attack you unprovoked.
Deliver the agreements to each recipient, then return to Rammy to complete the quest and receive your reward.
Notes
- If you no longer have your entrance pass you can get another from the Judge even after you have completed the quest.
