The standard mines goes from level 10 to 80. There are mines up to 120 in Grimroot.
The mines are used to gather Silver Units (SU) and Gold Units (GU) and can be accessed from either Aston, Brannington or Grimroot.
Each level of the mines gives more SU and GU. SU is mined in the light gray areas and GU is mined at the back in the dark grey areas. You can obtain a Pick of Yedney from the level 10 mines in the bottom right that will let you mine both SU and GU or pick which one you want.
The Professions Athlete and Miner effect your mining ability. Athlete effects how fast you mine, Miner increase the amount of units you find and both effect how much endurance you spend. Note Minder does not increase the frequency that you find units.
The Gold Door room in each level of the mines can only be collected once per year per toon, not per account.
Broklin in Brannington will trade 5,000 Silver Units for 1,000 Gold Units or will trade 1,000 Gold Units for 4,000 Silver Units.
| Item | Effect | Requirements | Comment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Silver Units (SU) | Increases your current piece of gears stats by +1 | The Next Power level x100 | For Example a +1 piece requires 200 SU to become +2 |
| Gold Units (GU) | Increases a currently Silvered piece of gears stats by +1 | Item must currently be Silvered & The Next Power level x100 | For Example requires a +2 Silvered item & 300 GU to become +3 |
| Silver Bar | Reduces the base skill requirement of an Armour/Weapon slot | 10000 SU converted into a Silver bar in Grimroot zone | For Example a Weapon skill (WS) 90 Sword, can become WS 80 |
| Gold Bar | Increases the base skill requirement of an Armour/Weapon Slot | 10000 GU converted into a Gold bar in Grimroot zone | For Example a WS80 Sword, can become a WS90 |
